26 Weeks to the day...

Well today we went for our 26 week check up. So far my stomach is growing as the doctor would say "on target or at the perfect rate" and our little Evan has a heartbeat around 155. He was very active at the checkup - even during the small amount of time that we listened to his heartbeat we could also hear him moving around continuously. He is very active inside my stomach especially at night. Ray can finally feel him very easily now. It seems neat now feeling him move around - but I am afraid after a month of growth all of this movement will be a lot to handle but it is worth it. I guess he just likes letting me know he is in there... all the time especially at night!

Our Wedding...

I have been asked to go in the past and post a few pics from our wedding in 2007. Hope you enjoy the pictures I picked it was hard narrowing them down to a few - - this day was full of magic for both of us. I could not have asked for it to go any better. The day was beautiful, we had lots of family and friends come in to visit, and above all we had a blast! Thanks everyone for making our day so special and amazing for the both of us.

How it all began...

Well I guess you can say it all began when Ray and I fell in love and were married on July 28, 2007. From then on we both wanted a family and figured it would come sooner than later. On Easter weekend I (Michelle) felt as if I could be pregnant. We went and bought a pregnancy test and after Ray checked to see how it tested... with a big smile he proclaimed we were pregnant. Little Evan Ray Canode is due on December 4th 2008. We have had two ultrasounds so far... all tests and ultrasounds show he is a healthy long baby boy. We pray every day that he will be born a healthy baby boy full of laughter and a happy life! I will soon be posting the video of the most recent ultrasound and keep updating it soon after. I hope you enjoy watching as we bring our first baby boy into this amazing world!
