Davis: now talking a lot more! Here is what he can say : momma, daddy, nana, papa, brother, Evan, basketball, football, baseball, ball ... He loves having a ball in his hands at all times and unfortunately I found out the hard wary that he has a really good arm. When he throws it you don't want to be close or you might catch it in the face.

Skiing at vail
Today we dropped the kids off at ski school and drive over to bachelors bluff to eat lunch at the ritz and see how that side of the mountain skiid. It was a gorgeous day but the sun is starting to make things a little slushy and icy in spots but overall I defiantly can not complain!
Evan is up to level 4 in kids terms and going on the mountain. Today he received a blue ribbon for skiing down the racing mountain and racing the two others in his class. His teacher said he loved going fast. She also said that sometimes he doesn't pay as close of attention and drifts off the trail when she's not paying attention..;) but overall she said he's doing great and doing great for his age! He also loves it so that's the most important part;)
Parker was lucky to have the same coach again and did great. He is up to level two and no longer has to use an edgy wedge.y it keeps the tips of the skiis together so they don't completely spread a part. He loves riding the lifts and loves going fast - his teacher said he has improved so much over the last few days. He gets tired around lunch and has to take a break but gets rejuvenated after and does great!
We are having a blast and plan on going to dinner tonight!

One day down!!
Today was a beautiful day in Vail! We dropped the boys and Ireland off this morning at 8:50 to start up at nine. It was Evans second time to ski and Parker's first time to ski. We put them in classes of 4 but luckily they had a low attendance today and all of them only had two in their lessons so they practically got private lessons. Parker had a great time- his teacher said he did great today and they will continue to work on stopping. Evan made it almost to level three, his teacher said he needed to work more on his turning and when he was able to have more control he would move up to level three. Evan was able to ride the chair lifts up the mountain and ski a few greens and had a blast. Parker made it to the "magic carpet" hill. Which means he was able to start going down the hill on his own. They both had a blast and are already asleep as I type! We picked them up from ski school and found Parker taking a nap and Evan already inside taking a break. They definitely wore them out today! We returned back to the condo which is literally 150 feet from the ski school drop off and put on our swim suits and went immediately to the hot tub. After the hot tub we made spaghetti and stayed in for the night! The mountain was amazing for us adults and we can't for tomorrow after a fresh dump of snow! It's been so nice to have a break for a bit from the real world!
Btw- Davis is at my parents and loving it! He starting saying "nana" so I know my mom is in heaven! God bless grandparents! He needed the tlc and the older boys needed the attention from us so it worked out great! We miss you brother Davis but we know your being spoiled rotten and well taken care of!
God bless,
Michelle

4 hours to go!
So far the trip has been uneventful. Easy drive- the iPads that my parents got for the kids has been a life savor! Here's a quick picture of the boys finally allowing themselves a nap including dad!
Family vacation to Vail!
We're loaded up and leaving the house right now! It's 4:30 am in the morning and I having Evan and Parker still in their pjs snuggled up in their blankets. Both are awake telling me how excited they are for not having to go to school. I met my parents and little rock yesterday to visit baby Grayson and drop off Davis. He will be staying with my parents until we return. Parker keeps saying that he will go so fast and pass Ireland (daughter of mike and Kayla) . It'a so funny! The fun has begun!
God bless,
Evan is most excited about skiing on the big mountain. Parker is most excited to be able to go skiing all by himself this year!

Visit to coney islander
Saturday of last week we visited Rays parents and met them at Ray's favorite stop "coney islander" in Tulsa ok. The kids enjoyed the hot dogs and we enjoyed the low Keynes of the event. Afterwards we went to the aquarium and they loved seeing all the fish and shark! It was a wonderful time and the kids enjoyed spending time with their papa Mel,grandma Ann, and Grandma Emmy.
Thanks for having us over for the day!

I couldn't help but posting these I thought they were so precious! Little Davis is growing up so fast! Here he is falling asleep at dinner time;)
Visiting Little Rock
We made a trip recently to Little Rock to spend some time with Mandy and Geoffrey to show our support and to see Grayson. It snowed on our way down and during the trip down. The boys LOVED it! Here are some pictures from them playing in Mandy's and Geoffrey's back yard!
God blessGrayson!
Grayson had his surgery and it went longer then expected. It has been a roller coaster for the sweet baby boy but over the past few days he has made amazing progress. They were able to close his chest and have begun to reduce his medicines that he his on. He is still excubated but making great progress and getting stronger! He is still at Children's cardiac ICU unit in Little Rock. My sister and Geoffrey have basically been living at the hospital. Lease keep all of them in your prayers and pray that Grayson continues to grow stronger and get better.

3 boys at Christmas!
Last night we met up with the Malone family and went to the Bentonville square to eat at table Mesa. The food was great but the kids were a "little" more wound up then we thought. I guess we underestimated how much candy and cake they had at their Christmas party at school. Either way we had a great time and was able to see lots of "as Evan says so pretty lights."
Right now we are headed over to Tulsa to celebrate Christmas with Rays parents. We are meeting them at coney islander "rays favorite hot dog stop in Tulsa" and then headed to the aquarium. The kids should really enjoy it all! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas season!
God bless,
Michelle

Update on Grayson Campbell
Grayson is in the Cath lab now at children's getting the following:
Balloon atrial Septostomy is the procedure. His current oxygen mix is 52. When he comes back from cath lab the objective is to have him at 80.
Grayson will be assessed again after they get his oxygen flowing with the cath procedure. He may need to put some weight on before the switch surgery. One attendant said it could be a week.

Update on Grayson and Mandy
Mandy is at Babtist in little rock. She has to stay there for 24 hours until she can be released, everything for her is great. Grayson was transferred to children's hospital in little rock to get testing to see what the next step is to get him well. He is a beautiful baby boy with great coloring and curly little brown hair. Due to his weight it postpones things a little bit for his treatments. Please pray that he will gain some weight and strength to make it thru a surgery.
God bless,

Baby Grayson Edward Campbell needs your prayers
Please pray- this morning my sister Amanda Fawcett Campbell went into early deliver. He was born around 7:30 this morning. He is very small and currently is being put on oxygen because of his breathing. They are about to check his heart to make sure everything is ok with him. Please pray for him that everything will be healthy and he will develop into a strong healthy happy little boy! Also, please pray for Mandy and Geoffrey- they are both very worried and need strength during this time and faith to know that God will watch over them.
God bless,
Michelle

Pray for Grace McDonnell
This is Grace, the 7 y/o daughter of Lynn and Chris McDonnell who lost her life in CT on Friday. Chris is one of my husbands co-workers at Stryker Spine. He is the VP of Global marketing. Please keep this family and everyone else in your thoughts and prayers. I have and I am sure many of you have cried thinking about these innocent children and women and what they have gone through in this tragedy. Please put all of the families, children and community in your thoughts and prayers. Lets use this as a time for our nation to come together and unit as one. Give your child a hug tonight and tell them all how loved they are!
God bless them all!
Michelle
